Shipping Goods

- In regards to delivery times, goods will on average take 7-14 working days to be delivered, at its latest.

- We use the most efficient parcel distributors, to get your goods to you, as safely as possible.  

- If the delivery of your order is not successful the order will be returned to the couriers local depot. A calling card will be left by the courier company with their contact details allowing you to re-arrange delivery.

Please contact us before any return

- We do not do refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

- Returns will only be accepted in the unlikely event that we send you the wrong size of the item purchased, in which you must in form us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order in its original packaging and unused. 

- If these instructions are not met then your refund application will be dismissed.

Special Requests

- At Final Touch, we try our hardest to please our consumers, if there is a rare item that you cant seem to get your hands on, you can contact us via email and we will do our very best to meet your needs as soon as possible.
